European Court finds removal of journalists from parliament violates press freedom

Macedonian journalists have won a case before the European Court of Human Rights challenging their removal from the parliamentary press gallery during a tense political debate. The European Court held that the removal was a violation of the journalists’ rights to freedom of expression.
