MLDI is looking to recruit a consultant/organisation to develop an e-reader platform to host our training manuals. These manuals provide a comprehensive overview of the international legal framework on freedom of expression and specific regional human rights mechanisms across Africa. Please see the resources section of our website where the manuals are currently hosted.

The rationale for hosting the manuals on an e-reader platform is to ensure greater accessibility and so they can be more easily shared and distributed amongst our network of trained lawyers.

Please see the attached Terms of Reference for more information and send the requested documentation to: by Wednesday 30 October 2019.
