Vacancy: Administrative and Grants Assistant
MLDI is looking for an Administrative and Grants Assistant to join the team.
This is a perfect position for a confident administrator with strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable for this position.
The Admin and Grants Assistant role will include a variety of responsibilities including providing high quality administrative team support, executive support to the Chief Executive Officer and carrying out operations processes across HR, IT and Finance. Working closely with the Legal and Grants Officer, you will also play a key role in the administration of applications for emergency defence grants.
This role will suit someone who enjoys working in a busy environment and thrives on being highly organised and managing varying responsibilities at the same time.
