Gwyneth Henderson
Gwyneth Henderson is the Chairperson of the Media Legal Defence Initiative.
She is a writer and journalist. During a 36 years career with the British Broadcasting Corporation, she held a variety of positions, notably, establishing and leading the BBC World Service Training Trust.
Since leaving the BBC in 2000, she has worked as a consultant for international media development organizations, including International Research and Exchange (IREX) and Radio Free Europe / Radio Liberty and with companies such as RTV B92 in Serbia.
Gwyneth Henderson is also is the Chairperson of the Sub-board of the Open Society Institute's Network Media Program, on which she has served since 2001.
